I, too, have used  Shutterfly in the past, but I was always disappointed in their customer service and their printing quality.  My first order with Mpix.com was FANTASTIC! I definitely intend to use you from now on and I will spread the word of your excellent service. Great job!

I love MPIX! I've never been disappointed. The only time I've not been blown away by quality was when I ordered some Metallic wallets. It was my fault though. They were B&W, but not very contrasty. Definitely could've chosen some better pics for the paper type.

Mpix is awesome. I've been a member of the forum, and a repeat customer for awhile now. It's hard to beat the shipping prices. The same for large orders or tiny orders, and everything ships very quickly. Of course the quality is a step or three above the rest. :)

I have received my first 2 orders from Mpix and was extremely pleased.  I ordered a 16x24 canvas on stretcher frame and it was beautiful.  I also ordered a proof book and was so pleased with the results.  I am going from amateur to professional and will continue to use your site.  

I have been a customer since the Mpix conception and a member of the forum since April 2006.  I love Mpix and the forum.  The few times I had a problem with an order, all I had to do was let you know and the problem was always fixed completely and quickly and to my much appreciated satisfaction.  The only problem I have is the forum is addictive...just ask any of the members...but I still love it.

I am a wedding photographer and have tried other printers.  I've  used Mpix for quite awhile now.  I am extremely happy with their quality (number one) and their quick return.  I'm pleased that they keep adding more services to their line.  I won't use any other service for printing my wedding photos.  I'm confident that what I will get back is exactly what I expect.  Thank you Mpix, for a job that I can count on!

Yep, Mpix won me over after my first try. I was using local sams and such, with OK results. I tried other online stuff, shutterfly (really didn'T like) AND Snapfish (thought they were OK), but I didn't just LOVE it.

When my first order came back from Mpix, I was won over. I have been ordering there ever since. I have tried all 3 papers and loved all of them. I have had a book made and had mixed feelings, overall satisfied. Your customer service can't get any better that it is. I had a slight problem, my reorder was at my door the next day. I couldn't believe it. Nowhere else have I seen a business that makes me feel like I belong, like I do matter. I use the forums quite often, and learn lots from them. It really is a family feel all over, and to focus on your customer service, don't change a thing.  

You prices are great too. I know I sound like a broken record, but if I had built a good business, I wish someone would let me know. We love you guys. Thanks again.

I have been raving about Mpix for years, after having a neighbor that works for Miller's in Columbia, MO, I was introduced and hooked....  I have spread the word about Mpix's awesome quality and customer service for years and as I have started taking photographs professionally, Mpix is the imaging stludio I use to meet all of my needs.  The photo statues are awesome, along with the calendars, folded greeting cards, postcards,new photo books, and business cards.  I have tried nearly all the products and would happily recommend them to everyone.  I would love for them to have more specials throughout the year... I really try to take advantage of the discounts, but could always use more.  Thanks to much!! amy kordonowy
