Bonded Cover Books Are Here!

You have been asking for it - now they are here!!!  In a recent blog post, John Rank showed our new Bonded Cover Photo Books being tested.  The production guys are now satisfied and ready to go.  These books feature an image bonded to the cover (hence the name Bonded Cover).  At PhotoPlus and Imaging USA this was one of the most asked for items and we are excited to make them available.

The new book software needs to be downloaded to have access to this product.  Simply go to your program and check for the latest version.  Then install the new version.

A tip - be sure to use a high resolution file for the printed cover!

Here is more information about our books from our web site...

I love it. Already ordered my honeymoon photo book. Only thing i'd like to see is a bigger maximum number of pages allowed.

Are the pages in these book actually thick or are they the same thickness as regular pictures.

I also see that you offer metallic paper press (or as you would call it pearl finish).

C-Well,

The pages are thicker than regular photographic prints, as they are a 100# card stock paper.

The pearl paper is a little different from our metallic paper that you have seen before. It is more of a silver finish than pearlescent.

Super good news.   I cant wait to order them.   One question though....do you still lose  a great deal in the gutter???  The sample of the older versions i got lost a large amount of image to the gutter.

Thanks

Brad

I'm glad that the book is finally here.  Can we do double-page spreads with this book? (one photo covering two pages)?  Or can we only design one page at a time?  Also, when we design the cover of the book, does the photo "wrap" around to the back of the book as well?  Or is the back black?  Or can we put another photo there?

Yes, you will lose the same amount in the gutter of these books.

Okay, I see you have everything all ready for a beginner, but what if I want to make my own custom cover/ pages, without the borders/backgrounds? Will you still work with it?

This is my first book, but I have been planning it for ten years. So it is very planned out. Just can't find a publisher so I have to go it alone.

Front and back cover is finished. May I send it for you to look at?
