One of the suggestions we receive most on the forum is for custom back printing on your images. Custom back printing with Mpix places text on the reverse side of your prints, which many photographers use to brand or copyright their work.
A few questions you may have:
1. Is custom back printing available on all papers?
Custom back printing is available on all E Surface prints, and any metallic prints sized 8x10 and smaller. Custom back printing is not available on True B&W paper. Custom back printing will not be added to each individual wallet or prints with mounting.
2. How many characters may I use?
Your prints will hold up to 25 characters. These characters can include all letters, the copyright sign and common punctuation with online orders.
3. Is custom back printing available with Mpix ROES?
Yes. You can add your custom back printing with ROES. If you would like to add the copyright symbol to your ROES order, please select the Custom back print with Copyright option. ROES will not accept characters other than alphabetical letters.
4. Where do I edit the text?
You can do this when you checkout, or by going to your My Account area on the Mpix.com site. In ROES, you can enter your text in the Options field. This is shown below.

Example: Back of print with 'Custom Backprint 24 Characters with Copyright' used.

5. What is the difference between the two options in ROES?
When choosing the custom backprint with copyright option, your backprinting will automatically have the copyright symbol added. If you choose the custom backprint option without copyright, this will not be added.
