trouble uploading to mpix?

Seems I am having trouble uploading to MPIX yesterday and today - have been a long time user and have not had this problem before. I uploaded (twice) a series of two customers' images last night and they said upload successful but came up in the album as "thumbnail generation in prgoress". While I have seen this message before with the gray box, it usually goes away right away. This has been since last night. Tried uploading again this morning - same thing happens. Any ideas - have not heard back from my email to customer service yet...

I am having the same problem. I don't know what to do since customer service has not returned my email yet either...wish I could order my prints :(

well...good to know - must be a system problem on their end - thought it was me or my computer having issues. will post if I hear back!

got a response back that they are looking into it and that it should be working soon. :)

Hmm. I just ordered an album and ordered a few images. Must be fixed.

Same thing happened to me just a couple of minutes ago. It's a 24 x 36 50mb picture, and I need it to be ordered for my customer.

I have been trying to upload since yesterday at 6pm. How do I contact customer service?
