Earlier this month I shot Mount Shasta from a different angle. At least it's different from my usual points of view. It's HDR with a painterly treatment.

Thanks Todd. I have a few Mount Shasta prints in a local store that has a small gallery and they are after me to come up with some shots with the view from the town (Mount Shasta City). I have mountain shots from many other locations (and they have sold some) but local people and tourists tend to buy images with the view they are familiar with. I spent several hours trying to find a good view of the mountain and came up with this and a few others. I'll be back in the area in July - August and perhaps I can find some more choice locations.

Chuck
