ROES: Authentication Failed

Hello All,
I tried searching for this error but wondering if there is something wrong with my ROES setup. I am on Windows 7 64 bit and was able to launch the java program fine. After filling in my information and trying to log in I get an Authentication Failed error message. I have checked and rechecked my information and everything appears to be typed correctly. Any ideas?
