32 bit HDR and dropping a blade on my shutter

Love the light on the trail in the 2nd shot. I'm assuming the blade issue is the artifact showing up in the first photo (2 on the right, 1 in the middle, 1 on the left)? What happened? How'd the blade go?

I edited the actual blade out since the first shot is a pano, I believe it is 4 shots wide

second shot was before it acted up
