I think your images look fine. If I were a customer, I'd be pleased.
I'm not a pro by any stretch of the imagination. I think the tweaks suggested will only strengthen what you have! There are probably some things you could do to improve the couple with the dog photo, but I think the most important thing is that the dog is actually looking at you, and that makes the photo, regardless if the gal's arm is stiff, her leg is chopped off at the knee, or the bottom of his shoe is showing. The dog makes that photo!
