    Because it's invisible, I'm going with a flux capacitor. They're very rare and expensive. Plus, easy to lose track of.

    You could post a large sign near the entrance that photography for a website will be occurring, if they don't want to be in the photos you can step out while you do them...

    You probably want the 24-70 and the 70-200 F2.8s. Those are the go to lenses for wedding and portrait folks.
