I painted the bride and groom B&W and left the flowers in color, the print came back all color, I use elements 7 and I did check RGB color in mode.

 Can you give use a bit more info on how you processed the image?  If you open the file in your OS, does it open with your colorization?

Yes it does open with the colorization, am I supposed to submit those in sRGB to get the correct prints?

Prints need to be submitted in sRGB color space. Also did you use the color correct or do not color correct option?  I don't think this would affect it but it may have.
