Marketing photos that you have taken

Hi Rick.  I have a question about marketing photos.  I have a couple of Christmas pictures of pets that I would like to market.  I guess I really just don't know where to begin with it.  Are there companies that handle that type of thing?  I really don't have clue about the whole thing.

The owners of the pets are for it and have signed consents for the photos to be used on my website, advertising, etc.  What additional information would I need to get from them?  I haven't ever posted them anywhere for fear of someone stealing them and calling them their own.

This question may be too broad, but any information is appreciated.

     Thanks

    aj

Thanks David, as you can see there were others who helped out with the alternate methods of posting as well, so it was a group effort in the end.  But hopefully it will save all of us regulars some time since now all you have to do is look at the tags to the right for the word "posting" and that thread comes up.  It makes it easy to refer a new member to the proper thread.

Plus, I had been hanging out here a year or so ago, and the new community server software had drastically changed photo uploading and I had to ask too, so it isn't like the people are stupid for not knowing (or if they are, then I must admit that I am too - and I don't want to do that! Big Smile  ) it just isn't very intuitive!
