I started out using Photoshop 7.0 until upgrading last year to CS2.  The newest verison CS3 is due out shortly.  I have also used Photoshop Elements 1, 2 and verison 3 in the past.

When I first started making collages I used Fotofusion and loved it, but once I became more familier with Photoshop (CS2) I began using that, although if I want something quick and easy I still go back to Fotofusion.

Re: Need info on Photo Collages

I know how to do them in PS and since I learned how to use snap to grid and place grid lines accurately it makes a lot of difference.  My "thing" with PhotoFusion is that when I was considering buying it, I was looking through our local advertising agency flyer and real estate publications and honestly I thought all the ads I looked at screamed "I Produced using PhotoFusion."  Of course I have no way of knowing that for sure, but after awhile I was thinking all my collages made with it would have a real "canned" appearance.  I cannot argue with how quickly it works and it does a neat job but I did not buy it.  I suppose once you learn how to use it you can personalize collages more or use it to get a kick start and then add your own touches.
