    New Version of MPixPress

I got an email yesterday about a new version of MPixPress, so I downloaded and installed the new My Photo Books app.  But it looks an awful lot like the old version to me, so does anyone know how I can tell if it's actually the new version?  The About dialog uses blue-on-black text for the version number, so it's very hard to read (it used to be 2.0.2, I think, and it could still be 2.0.2, or it could be 2.2.2 - I'm just not sure).

The reason I ask is that the "Learn More" page the email directed me to mentioned a "safe area display", which I'm not seeing.

On a related note, does anyone know whether this version fixes the timeout issue when uploading large books?

I can answer part of my own question, assuming I've gotten the new version of the software - the upload problem on large books is still there.  However, the "Upload DGI File" page seems to be working now!  I don't know whether the upload page problems I had before were my system or something on the server (I haven't changed any IE settings, so I'm guessing server, but it's just a guess), but as long as it's working for me, it's a valid workaround and I'm happy.

frankly, I am now wondering the same thing myself..looks like the old one, and the safe area is found when you're dragging your project's corners out.  on the main creation page, everything is looking good, but on the upload viewing page, my prject is no where near the little corner marks.....

John or Matt, can you help?  Want to get these postcards uploaded!  Thanks.

    Re: New Version of MPixPress

I experienced the timeout today with the new edition of My Photo Books and my 28-page book, and had to use the "alternate" upload process.  My 20-page book worked fine the normal way (and I uploaded it also today).
