Would love to see you again.  I hope we can "both" make it!   Mine is pending due to surgery date and recovery.

When will we be finding out particulars on this meet-up?  Is it spread out through the forum or will we be being contacted by someone?  I have my reservations made and am really looking forward to it.  Is there a Meet-up cost, or registration fee to be paid?  Don't know what I am doing, could use some direction.  Anyone?

I will be back in the country next week and I will get all the information out to you guys. Unfortunally a key player has had to cancel and we are working on a replcement (you know you can't be replaced)

The registration "fee" will be based on how many rooms we end up booking.  If we book enough rooms, then our conference space is free. (HOORAY!)  I'm afraid that some people who booked did so online or perhaps didn't mention that they were with the group. PLEASE call the hotel and make sure that you are booked under the MPIX group, or East Coast Shooters.  (I'm not sure which name it is under!)  Once we know how many people have booked, then we can figure out if it will cost anything.  Hopefully we can have an itinerary out in the next couple of weeks.  Thanks guys!

Hey Khrissy,  thought I had made sure they knew it was with the Mpix Group when I called and reserved.  Just checked and sure enough it was under Mpix, so I am counted.  Just for others, the guy at reservations, identified the group as MPIX, if that helps. 

It seems everything that is happening around here is trying to happen on that weekend, and I keep stomping my feet and screaming NO COMPROMIZE!  I am sooo looking forward to this.

Sorry I have been out of the loop.
I unfortunately am not going to be able to make it. Somethings came up with dhs deployment and I can't make other arrangements. I would love to have been there. Maybe next year.
