I just found out that we need the birthdates and names for all people associated with your deposit.

steph are they going to try to get us all together? It sounds like most of us are taking balcony rooms...  I am soooo excited for this.... also did you get my email about putting us with the majority of the mpixers for the meals in case we want to have a class or something after supper....

I realize this is forever out but are we thinking that the day at see will be the day we do sessions? or what and do we need to consider booking one of their meeting rooms?

Shauna: I did change your dinner seating. We will probably do classes the first day while we are at sea and then do some model shoots when we land on the Islands. You don't have to shoot for a long time, but I thought it would be fun to do some while we are in beautiful locations.

We are going to try and get the conference room on the ship. I have already talked to the travel agent about that and she said that it shouldn't be a problem. We are also looking into doing some fun ship things too. (The travel agent said that if we book 50+ staterooms, we would probably qualify for a private cocktail party!)

Is there some kind of cancellation insurance? 

No fall off the boat insurance! LOL

I am not sure about cancellation insurance. I know that you can cancel up until late 2009 and get the $25 deposit back. Don't know about cancellation after that. I will ask the travel agent when I talk to her next week about it though.
