I've heard from a lot of you on the meetup critique email I sent to everyone and the biggest thing most everyone wants is more time and more choices.  To those of you who took the time to let me know, thank you...it was exactly the kind of information I wanted.  I would love to hear from the rest of you.

More time for classes, more time for photography, more free time, more hands on classes, more hands on mentoring, being able to choose what classes you attend, being able to take more photos indoors & outdoors, no classes in the evenings.

I'm definitely listening and taking all of that into consideration.   I saw some things I would like changed too and a lot of what I saw are the same things you all sent back.

As of right now, I'm thinking of holding indoor and outdoor classes at the same time and you all can choose which classes you wish to attend...I hope to have several to choose from.  If you have any suggestions on classes, send them to me via email or pm.  Posting them here makes it hard for me to remember them all.

At the time you register, you will have the schedule and you can pick out which classes you prefer.  If a class fills up (and the classes will be smaller), then we'll go with your second choice and so on.  I will try to make sure you get the class you want, but won't be able to guarantee anything.

Everyone likes the location and the food.  Some would like more leaves and greenery.  That all depends on Mother Nature and if she blesses us with an early spring next year.

The date is set..I am extending it one day longer.  Thursday, March 26th evening mixer and dinner, Friday, March 27th & Saturday, March 28th for photography and classes, Sunday, March 29th for wrap up and some photography on location, somewhere in Tulsa.

The price will be higher next year to cover dinner on Thurs, Fri & Sat evening, plus we might do lunch on Fri & Sat.  We may also rent a tent to hold some classes in and I'm going to check into a shuttle service from Owasso and that will be included in the cost.  I will try to keep it at a reasonable rate.  Just be expecting the increase.

It may be a year off, but that year will pass in a hurry and next March will be here before we know it.  SKIATOOK OR BUST, MARCH 26TH, 27TH, 28TH & 29TH!!!

Im not 100% certain but I definately want too.  I'll have to wait a bit longer in the year to see. 

I am bashfully waving my hand, I want to be there next OK meet up.  It would make my 2nd (WV being the 1st) and 1 week before my 3rd.  Trying to step out of my shell, get involved and learn something.  Can't think of a better group of people to do it with.  Thanks for the invite.

Adair...really I guess it's about an hour away...but when I drive half an hour to Claremore just to go to the bank or go grocery shopping, or 45 minutes to Owasso to do "bigger" shopping (thank God for Owasso, I no longer have to deal with 71st!), just a little further down to Skiatook is nothing!

Owasso will be my shopping territory too.  I'm on the west side of Skiatook on the north side of the lake, so not far at all from you...so you really should be here next year.

G, there will be No missing next years! I still plan on sitting on the couch with you and people watching, hell I'll even bring the whiskey. Might not drink it since I don't drink but you can have my share! We'll sit, watch, and point and laugh at Moose and Scott!
