Amanda and Jon May 10, 2008

The sun was shining, the birds chirping happily, and on Saturday May 10, 2008, Amanda and Jon promised to love and cherish eachother forever at the Brethren church in Peru IN.

We did all their photography before the ceremony, taking time to go to the park nearby and a little side-trip to grandparents' pond en-route to the reception!

    Here is a little preview:

Photographers who have convinced themselves that clients won’t pay what is a reasonable price for their photography, often are merely projecting their own self-limiting values, but this can be a critical business mistake. Wow! Stunning as usual. What lens(es) do you use for weddings. I am jealous of the amazing colors you have.

*sigh* Beautiful.  I love seeing your weddings.  My only...ONLY...nitpick is that the dark edges on #9 are kind of strong.

Beautiful work.  The reflection shot is a knockout!  I love so many of these.  Only one I don't really care for.  It's the 12th one and her elbow really sticks out...literally.  just not a shot that grabs me.  All the ones of the b&g blow me away!

Stunning images!  The exposures are beautiful - what is your technique for getting perfect exposures in various lighting conditions?

    Sorry I didn't respond earlier -- I use the 24-105mm f/4 L a lot, my husband uses the 70-200mm f/2.8 L and fish-eye a lot, and the 100mm macro for the ring shots.

I shoot manual, and check the histogram.  LOL that's pretty much all!  (Oh, and I don't post my screw-ups... so it just seems like I get all good shots.)

Great images, can I ask how you lit number 2?  Looks as if the room did not have any windows?  What did you use outside?  Great job.  eb
