I really don't want to but I think I am heading back to Nebraska this fall.  My husband has been there for since the first part of April and I guess I am going to be joining him this fall............unless things change drastically.  Here in the area that I live the jobs have been tight and now they are laying people off left and right.  The place that Scott was working at (he was told he could have his job back when he came back) is now laying people off. and the boat manufacturers have laid off over 42% of their work force and are going to be cutting back more.

In a way I am excited...., but in a way I am not.  I am not looking forward to the cold winters but I am looking forward to  being around family again.  I also believe taht it is my turn to stay at home and be supported by my husband for a while.  Heck, I have been the sole provider for us since April and that includes his 300.00 a month child support every month.....I think it is my turn for a while.

Where in NE are you going to be? 

Somewhere in the West Point / Wisner area.  I think.

Well there are a few of us Mpixer here in Nebraska.  I'm in Fremont.  Welcome back, I'm sure you will love watching the corn grow with the rest of us.

Omaha was my most favorite place to live!  Other than the horrendous weather, we loved it!  You are lucky!

We're going to visit there the first weekend of August.  

Yep, I am definitely coming back.......but not until October probably.  By then I should have enouhg money saved up and ready for a move.  I really hate to give up this house as I really love it and the 4 acres that we live on.  There are deer everywhere and all sorts of critters and I will miss seeing that.  I also have very bad allergies to some kinds of grasses that are in Nebraska that are not here.   I will be miserable for a while and then I will go on medicine once I have health insurance.  My husband will be eligible for health insurance after 60 days so it should be right after I return.  I am axually looking forward to having a good hospital and doctors around again.  I will probably return to my doctore in Lincoln as I really LOVED her

Welcome back! I live half an hour away from Wisner. Will you be doing any photography in the area? Allergies are the major downfall of Nebraska if you ask me and my toddler

Where do you live?  I am sure that I will continue with the photography but I do not know to what extent.  I will probably not be doing any studio work or anything like that until I have a place big enough to do it.  I really plan on selling some of my prints at craft show and the such for a while unti lI figure out what I want to do.  I am just looking forward to sitting around and letting my husband support me for a while.  He starts his new job tomorrow and I am hoping that he likes it.  I am ready to just get away from my job and veg for while.
