I just wanted to let those running this trip know that as of right now I'm not sure I'm going to be able to make it.

Nickjuly (Nichole) decided not to go (for good reasons), and we'd planned to ride and room together.  As it stands I'm over 24 weeks pregnant, putting me around 35-36 weeks when our trip is scheduled.

Beckley isn't that far away, if you aren't alone and that far along pregnant that is.  I actually drove through it about 2 weeks ago on my way to Ohio....  BUT going that far that close to my due date is starting to scare me since I would be alone.

I wouldn't be 1/2 as afraid if I hadn't gone into labor with my daughter at 36 weeks on the dot...  so that's scaring me a little.  It's not that I don't trust you guys to get me to the hospital - b/c I know you'd have my back on that one!!! But I don't exactly want to deliver a baby that far from home especially at that stage when something extra could go wrong, etc.

I will keep you posted on my decision.  I'm just really trying to weigh it out right now.  That and I thought I had someone to split the cost of gas and room with and now I don't....

Oh no!  Well, I can completely understand if you back out.  I think I would be a little worried as well.  The hotel, incidentally is only about 1/2 mile, if that, away from the hospital where I had my son!
