Now that our meet up is right around the corner and school is back in session and summer has come to an end, we are trying to get our ducks in a row as far as the meet up is concerned. To help us be better organized, we are asking for your help; we need the following information from everyone who is signed up or is planning to sign up for the meet-up.
- Real Name as well as screen name
- Email
- Cell phone number
- Number of people in your party including age of children
- Let us know where you are staying (Country Inn and Suites, another hotel, or other accommodations)
- When you are arriving and departing (so we can get times on the schedule)
- Any food allergies
The deadline to sign up for the meet up will be September 19th. The non refundable fee of $30 ($32 through paypal) is due on or before September 19th and that is for every adult who is attending the meet up. The fees will cover your dinner the first night (menu to follow) as well as printing fees, any snacks or drinks that we purchase for the meet up, and misc. expenses. Please remember that this fee is for all adults attending the meet up whether you are coming for all or part of it:

Anybody interested in a bowling championship:
I received an email from the owner at leisure lane in Beckley. (right down the street from the hotel):
Open Bowling prices are 3.25 per game per person
Shoe Rentals are $2.00 per person
If you are interested in our Futuristic Bowling...No lights, music,
etc. We do this on Friday and Saturday nights from 10 until 12:15
a.m. Cost is $10.00 per person includes your shoes and as many games
as you can bowl.
If you wish to do the Futuristic Bowling on Friday or Saturday nights
we ask that you call in advance, let us know how many people will be in
your group, and we hold reservations with a credit card. Everyone can
pay individually when you get here, this is just like a hotel....it
guarantees you a lane.
We do have a beer on tap...Bud and Bud Light. Sorry no liquor. We have wine coolers too.
