With Mpix 2.0 going live on August 23rd, we have been taking extra steps to insure the accuracy of your orders. In doing this, you may have noticed an uncharacteristic 24 hours added to our turnaround.
We are working daily to increase our turnaround time, with a goal of even faster processing and more accurate production. We will never accept a slower turnaround as the status quo at Mpix. Any delays you may have seen will be corrected, if not improved, soon.
One other thing to consider, and more for those customers in the South, is that there are times when the US Mail or FedEx are grounded due to bad weather.
