Alright, folks!  Time to let me know if you are planning on coming!  We don't expect a ton of people, just a small, cozy group, but I still need to know who is planning to be here.  I've made the executive decision to make this a two-day thing, Friday afternoon/evening and Saturday, and then we'll leave Sunday open to anyone that wants to hang around.  We are not going to be overly structured here, we want this to be more informal and social, where we can learn from each other rather than have a lecture format.  We'll have a "town hall" type of format, where we can talk about what is important to each of us.

I am in the process of recruiting bridal models, arranging a hair/makeup artist (because pro makeup makes a world of difference), obtaining unique dresses, and all that fun stuff.  Devan is going to arrange senior models, and if anyone wants, we can round up some kids, too.

If you will be coming, let me know the following:

-Contact info (real name, phone, email, address, whatever)
-Your main photographic interests (weddings, seniors, kids, landscapes, etc)
-If you need a place to stay (I am opening up my house to anyone that wants to stay, we have room for probably 2 or 3 people; if enough people need a hotel room, I will get a block set aside, though rooms are very inexpensive)
-Special dietary restrictions/requirements, if any (I only ask because I have them and know what it is like to not have options!)
-Whatever else you think I need to know about you! :)

If there is anyone from the SE KS/SW MO/NE OK area, I found tickets from Kansas City to Brulington for 175 round trip.  That is what I plan on doing and if there is anyone who would like to carpool to Kansas City with me you are more than welcome.  I will be booking my air fare hopefully by the end of September when money is a little easier to come by.

Just wanted to update everyone and see if we have any more takers.

-Devan's studio is up and running, and she will hopefully have a bathroom soon, so we can all meet up there.
-My guest bedroom is taken, but we do have an air mattress and space available if anyone else wants to stay here.  I'll even make you breakfast, but only if you agree to take over a couple diaper changes.  :)
-I have 2, possible 3 bridal models lined up, and Devan is working on seniors.  We can use my baby, and we can arrange for about any other age if there is something specific you all want to shoot.  We mainly need to know what everyone is interested in.
-Donielle has her plane tickets purchased!  Yay!  :)

You are definitely welcome!  At this point it is a small group, so it is going to be really informal.  Last October when we met up in St Louis, there were 6 women and 2 guys - they had to balance out all of the estrogen for us! :)  We'd love to have you!

I think I summarized it all above.  No cost for the meetup, and it isn't going to be very formal.  We'll do some studio shooting, some on-location stuff, and lots of just talking and goofing off!
