    Which paper type for book?

Preparing to order a Suede hard cover book. Can you advise me on which paper will look best in my book? I see the 100#, the perl, and the linen and I have no clue which one I should pick. Any guidence would be great.

    Thanks,

    Wayne

It's really a personal choice.  I really like the linen paper - you can seen the linen on both sides of the page, but I've noticed that it shows better on the front side of each page.  I think it "dresses up" the book and gives it a nice/classy look.  I've also ordered the 100#, it's just a flat card stock type of paper and does look nice.  I have not ordered the pearl b/c I've heard that it makes your "whites" appear "off-white"......giving it a "pearl" look as the name suggests.  Hope this helps a little!!!

Pearl is kind of "sparkly" The linen is my favorite. The 100# does look nice. I use it for sports. For other things I try to dress it up a little bit with the linen or pearl.

Re: Which paper type for book? (OT--question about hard cover books)

    Hi Wayne,

My off-topic question is: are the hard cover books flush-mounted (do our images go all the way to edge of the page and cover)?

    Thanks,
