I just received a Mpix Press calendar (8.5X11) and I was surprised it came with 2 extra pages between the front and back cover so that, with those there, you cannot display it (say in a retail environment) so that the front and back covers are visible at the same time. Is this a fluke or is this the way they are supposed to be?
