I must recommend a tutorial DVD!

Although there are many brands out there, I have found QuickPro camera guides to be extremely helpful. As I am no expert they offer camera/model specific guides. Give there website a looksie- www.quickprocameraguides.com

These DVDs will help you figure out "what that button does," or better yet - "what that button can do."

These DVDs are very basic-including the Digital 101, which as a beginner I have watched and referred to more than once.

First ever post-yes, I must have skipped my introduction. Hello Dave, I am Jasmine! I could have excluded my post although 'Tutorial' caught my eye.
