Starting off the "Something Else Sunday's" Submission.

Funky abstract image.  Hoping to capture a strong graphic image with a pop of color.  The subject is an interesting wall I past on one of my picture taking journeys.

I'm not sure if the black border enhances or takes away.  hmmmm?

I like this Sue.  I even like the border - I think it adds to the "grunginess" Smile

    Come see what's new...

Nice abstract with vibrant colors that make it mor abstract almost a 60's feel to it. I am not wild about the border because your image has a sharp straight edge, if it had a rough edge like the border I think it would work better. |c

I really like this.  The blue star of david against the yellow with some black - really nice - it makes the photo really pop.  Personally I think the border works here.

I love the vibrant colors.  I think the border takes away from the image though. I think you did a great job of capturing the strong graphic image you were going for.

Thanks everyone for the feedback.  Especially the border.  It's something I questioned initially - so I'll play with some other borders for a framing that really compliments.

Dig the image. It has a focal point (not always is this true) and is enhanced by the border and the yellow!
It is typical for me to respond to initial posts before "reading" on...this way my initial thoughts aren't skewed by others'...but after that...rest assured, I have read them all!

    I like this one.

I think the border works with the photo, it kinda pulls the colors out....

ok, I suck at the critique stuff, but I don't always like the borders on pics, so when I do there has to be a reason....right?

    anyway I like  it :)
