I'm not completely happy with the picture or the card. Any suggestions on what to improve? I wouldn't mind having text suggestions, either.

I made a few minor changes, but here it is. I don't have PS, the only editing tool I have is Picasa--a free download with limited editing abilities. I do like that you can better see the water dripping, especially on the top layer of the fountain. I also like the warm light in the background, so...
