How do I get rid of the glowing eyes in my basketball pictures? These pictures are not the best but I want to know how to fix them. I am shooting with on my built in flash, but that is all I have right now. I have some that turned out real good (for just beginning) but I wish I could get them more focused...

What can I do to make this look better or will anything help? The picture is my daughter at halloween (not the best picture but will work).
