  • Camera repair for Nikon D300 assistance

I recently sent my Nikon D300 camera in to Nikon for service because I have a broken prong inside the memory card slot and now the camera will not read the card and shuts off if you try to use the card. I just called Nikon and the quote to have this small repair made is $249.95! My husbands birthday...

  • Re: care for camera in the cold elements.

Couple things I've experienced: 1.) Batteries: keep them warm in your pockets closest to your body. • Tileboard

I was thinking of using a white tile board with a white bg for an upcoming pageant but I am wondering if it will make the girls look "washed out". I will be bringing my lighting with me because the pageant will be inside at a elementary school. I use a Nikon D300 w/Nikon SB-600 speed light...

Also you can look at AutoFX http://www.autofx.com/ They have a ton of photoshop plugins several of which I use. Some are a little over the top but if you practice they can turn out real nice.
