I haven't shot mine in a while but the results can be anywhere from bizzare to good depending on your idea of good. It sometimes resembles a lensbaby because in mine there is light fall off all around the edge and it's soft. Here are a couple of links to my blog where I posted some holga shots...

E surface is a good paper, and as long as Black and White Conversion has been done properly, the image will turn out great on E surface.
