Hi, Having some issues with the frame. The preview makes it look like adding a frame or a mat crops off a bit around the edges of the photo; is this just a feature of the preview, or do you in fact lose a little bit? To avoid that, should I add some white space around my images? Cheers, Geoff

I have a picture I have uploaded and want to order in 8x10, however when I do that it puts the automatic crop in and cuts off part of the picture I want to keep! How can I fix this! It is driving me crazy? TIA Kim
