No idea what I did wrong but I intended on having both photos appear in the same post, sorry about that, can I play the "I'm new"card? It would be true :)

Not sure if this stands on its own, I would have preferred to get mom in the shot too but it was on the fly. I thought about it after, the little girl could have said, okay, daisy or water balloon? The other is of her walking through the flowers down to the water, again, just me looking for a photo on...

What can I do to make this look better or will anything help? The picture is my daughter at halloween (not the best picture but will work). I have been practicing with ps to learn all the things I can do to pictures. I found a tutorial that used the sparkles and wand, so I tried to do it on her picture...

What would you do to bring this back? I worked on it and I will include what I did, or where I got. Okay... so please ignore the fact that my kids are kinda messy & need haircuts! They REALLY hate taking pics for me anymore... and getting them clean for them is even harder! :) So thanks for any C&C... Tonia And if anyone knows how to get brown eyes lighter please let me know... both my boys...
