I experienced the timeout today with the new edition of My Photo Books and my 28-page book, and had to use the "alternate" upload process. My 20-page book worked fine the normal way (and I uploaded it also today). -Tom in Maryland

Using the software, it appears you can put anything on the front, anything on the inside, and anything on the back. I just designed a 20 page wedding photo album in 11 x 8.5. I would like to place a hard cover image and title on the front of the book before I order it. How is this done, thanks for your help. I am a first time user of the mpix press. - erzee
