I want to order a framed, matted 16" x 24" print from my upload. What are the measurements of the mat Mpix uses in this situation

I am trying to upload about 400 files with the Java uploader. It uploads about 30 and then stops saying "There was some problem with the image uploader please contact web master." I was using Firefox and then switched to Internet Explorer, but it is still doing the exact same thing. Any suggestions...

I experienced the timeout today with the new edition of My Photo Books and my 28-page book, and had to use the "alternate" upload process. My 20-page book worked fine the normal way (and I uploaded it also today). -Tom in Maryland

I can answer part of my own question, assuming I've gotten the new version of the software - the upload problem on large books is still there. However, the "Upload DGI File" page seems to be working now! I don't know whether the upload page problems I had before were my system or something...

I am experiencing problems uploading images to my albums... I have Vista, it starts to upload a file (not even a big one) and then just locks up after making some progress. Then, I'm guessing it just times out... Any suggestions? Really aggravating! Can anyone help me out? Thanks!
